Virtual Doula Support

This option is great for those who want the support and knowledge from a doula, but either can't invest in in-person services or for those who don't want an additional body present at their birth.

Included in this is:

- 24/7 call and text support starting at 38 weeks up until 48 hours after birth.

- 1 60 min. Postpartum call

Birth Doula Support

This option is for in-person birth doula support. As a birth doula, I serve couples and families throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. During the journey I provide emotional encouragement and physical support to both mother and family.

Regardless if you're having a hospital, home, or natural birth, I am here to support every choice you make.

Included in this is:

- 2 Prenatal Visits

- On-call starting at 38 weeks

- Labor and Birth Support

- 24/7 Text support

- 1 Postpartum Visit

Investment fee:

$800

(Travel fees not included for those in Loudon County/ NOVA area)

As a postpartum doula, I help mothers during the challenging transition after birth. I will assist in self-care recovery measures, light housework, guidance on newborn care and feeding, breast and bottle feeding support, and emotional support for the new mother.

Investment fee:

$45/hr

(Discounted price for those who book me as their birth doula.)
